Built around the first hour
Stolen money can be stopped for about an hour.Don't spend it on a form.
When money leaves your account, the bank on the other side can still put a hold on it — if it hears in time. Today's portal starts with a category dropdown, a login and a long form. Here you say what happened in your own words, and the freeze request goes out before the paperwork.
Takes about 3 minutes. You can stop and come back at any time.
Bigger text, one question at a time, and we can read the page out loud.

Track a complaint
Who holds your case, what they owe you by when, and what to do if they miss it.
Before anything is lost
The only screens on this site that prevent instead of record.
Who acts after you press file
A complaint is a request to four systems. Each has a clock, and this site shows you all of them.
- Your bank
- Report within three working days and your liability for an unauthorised transaction is zero. RBI/2017-18/15.
- 1930 and CFCFRMS
- The helpline's chain to the receiving bank can place a hold on the money while it is still there.
- The police unit
- Progress must be reported to you, and an investigation has a statutory clock. BNSS 193(3)(ii) and 193(2).
- A counter with no signal
- Filing is a local act. You get your number offline, and the tracking page says “not yet delivered” until it is.
Every mocked dependency is labelled on the screen where it appears. What works and what is mocked.
